The Santa Barbara Group, Allen Construction, Action Energy, Hayward Lumber, Tesla, M.Special Brewing Company and The Sandbox Santa Barbara Present a screening of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Ice on Fire.
Produced by Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio, George DiCaprio and Mathew Schmid and directed by Leila Conners, Ice on Fire is an eye-opening documentary that focuses on many never-before-seen solutions designed to slow down our escalating environmental crisis. The film goes beyond the current climate change narrative and offers hope that we can actually stave off the worst effects of global warming. More about the film below.
The evening benefits Surfrider Santa Barbara, a non profit dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of our ocean, waves, and beaches through a powerful activist network.
Join us for a great evening to connect with individuals and companies supporting the environmental movement and working to slow down climate change.
In addition to the movie the event will also feature Tesla test rides, a raffle and food and drinks.
M.Special will stock the bar with cold beer for sale, Tap Tap Kombucha will be pouring tasty beverages and Nimita's Cuisine will have food available for purchase. Bring your own cup for a beer or kombucha on us!
