Naples Property (AKA Santa Barbara Ranch)
The Santa Barbara Ranch Project consists of a residential estate development on the Gaviota coast, two miles west of the City of Goleta. Two basic alternatives are proposed: a 54-unit planned development on the 485-acre Santa Barbara Ranch and a 72-unit planned development encompassing Santa Barbara Ranch plus the adjacent 2,769-acre Dos Pueblos Ranch.
